  • 1.  Set Estimated Wait Time Expression to Spanish

    I am trying to get an in-queue call flow to state the estimated wait time in Spanish.  The validation error states that the action with the current settings are not supported. I have set the language and the skill so I am not sure what I am missing.

    We are actively working on system audio file support in Architect for Spanish (es-ES) for the Play Estimated Wait Time and Play Position In Queue actions. It is not currently available, but on the roadmap for release in the near future.

We recently announced support for estimated wait time, position in queue, and caller input verification for Spanish (es-ES). @Vanessa Allen I hope this helps you with your previous issue.
