  • 1.  Enable Single Sign-On under Admin

    Hi, I'm new to PureCloud and was wondering how to enable de SSO option under Admin/Integrations. 

     

    I was trying to set up my own IdP with OneLogin following the instructions in this link

    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-onelogin-as-single-sign-in-provider/

    but haven't been able to locate the Single Sign-on option. 

     

    I configured a custom role with all permissions in case that option was not shown because of my user profile (as it happened to me with the Admin/Integrations/OAuth option a few days ago) with no luck

     

    Can anyone help?

    Hello,

     

    Do you see the other integrations (web & bridge)?

     

    The UI does cache those permissions and would more than likely require a refresh but I am assuming you have tried that?
