    How do I set up an alert so that when I receive more than 2 voicemails in a day an alert notification is sent?

    Hi @David Powell. I don't believe this is functionality we currently offer. However, I'm not 100% certain on that, so I'd like to ask @Katie Ritz. Katie, is there a way to setup notifications for voicemails? Thank you!

    That's correct @Gina Tyree, we don't currently offer the ability to configure an alert when a certain number of voicemails are received.  There are other ways that you are notified of voicemails received.  (1) Email notifications are sent when a voicemail is left and (2) a badge/notification is presented on the inbox icon in the left hand menu of the PureCloud client.
