I get the following error from Purecloud Voice:
"We've noticed that your outbound ANI may not be displaying correctly for E.164 standards" with directions on how to change the ANI in our external trunk settings. Since my plan has AWS trunks only, is this something that should be followed up with Support? thanks.
This doesn't necessarily mean that there's an error. In order to be proactive, we delivered this in-app announcement to those that this might affect. You should be able to handle this without Support's help by taking a look at the "Set the outbound calling address" section of the "Create an external trunk" Resource Center article.

The ability for you to edit this field is still coming (soon!). We apologize for the inconvenience, but yes, contacting support would be the best way to get this field updated. If you let them know what the number should be, they can ensure it's entered in the right format for you.
Hi Toby, I wanted to take the time to expand on the update that is forthcoming this week to allow our PureCloud voice offering customers the ability to edit the outbound calling address. The update is expecting to be available within 2 weeks which could change.
