    Hello everyone,

     

    Does anyone know what version of iOS is needed to listen to Voice Recordings?

     

    Or if we can use an app to listen to it? or is a web browser best ot use? (if so which one)

    Hi Richard,

     

    Recording can be played from the iOS client and the current version in the App Store 2.8.1 (4299) will work. You'll want to check with your organization to make sure you have the correct permissions to access this feature.

    Thanks for that,

     

    So i can listen to voice recordings using the Collaborate app?

     

    I have full permission, but cannot seem to find the feature.

    Hi Richard, you should be able to access recordings via the inbox in the mobile app as well as the web app. You will only be able to access user-initiated recordings. Related article: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/listen-recordings/

     

    You will not be able to access line or queue recordings via the mobile app. Web app or desktop app is the best spot for those.
