  • 1.  High memory use in Chrome when opening PureCloud

    Is there anyone else that has problems with PureCloud eating up all memory when used in Google Chrome (version 55.0.2883.87 m, 64-bit)? 

     

    When starting it up it takes approx 250MB directly and after couple of hours it´s approx 2,5GB. Tested this on a 32-bit version and it seems to work fine.

    Hello Tobias.  This spike in memory usage when using 64-bit chrome is not a known issue.  I see that Bent has a case currently open with Support for this issue.  There have been a few reports of this recently and Support will need additional information from Bent in order to troubleshoot this further.  I don't want to duplicate efforts from your end.  Please refer to the existing Support case for any updates.
