Wondering if anyone has used context tags in Lex in conjunction with a session attribute in the call lexbot action to help with more intelligent intent interaction.
For example, if a slot value for an intent comes back to the flow (i.e., an order number), and it's not correct, we may need to send the caller back to Lex, at which point we'd need to use an utterance to trigger an intent from scratch. Seems like we could return them with the previously used intent as an attribute so we don't need to start it up again.
(I'm using Lex mainly for a speech to text capability in a no-code use case, fwiw... )
