Altering Queue membership is alerting me on License upgrade!

    Hello to all
    I do not know if it's related with Wednesday release, but just now when I was trying to alter the queue membership for user, without any other change (especially no roles) pop up screen appeared that license will be updated due to assigning roles.
    And I was not changing the roles, only queue membership.
    This is happening for other users as well

    Is this a global issue.
    Please look at the Print Screen

    Somebody else mentioned that pop on another thread yesterday, thinking it was new. I said it has been around for a while (because it has, when assigning new roles). Now I'm wondering...

    Where are you making the change? I am not seeing the pop-up when making the change in the Queues configuration.

    I do see it when I edit the Queue membership in the People container, user configuration. I'm guessing when you save the Queue change it is also checking all the other settings and warning about Roles membership, even though you didn't change anything.

    You should probably open a case to get it on record...I don't think it is meant to do that.

    Under People, when you choose one particular user, and under Queue tab alter his/her membership

    I've just opened support ticket and provided console and network logs.
    But I can confirm that the only thing I was doing is just altering membership to queue (both assigning and removing), nothing related to roles

    I just edited a user and changed his phone to auto-answer, and got the same pop when I clicked Save. I think it will pop every time you click Save on a user, whether changes have been made or not, not matter which view you are in.

    I also tried clicking Save, got the pop and continued the save, edited the same user again and did not change anything, just clicked Save and got the same pop.

    OK, thanks for the confirmation. 
    So it appears as a global issue I would say.
    At least we know this is not something related to my org or improper way of work

    Some of our customers and admins have noticed this message starting showing up within the past week as well. We would be interested to hear what comes of this as well.

    This has been identified as a bug in the system (from my ticket on monday) & the development team is working on it.  

    It happens if you make ANY changes on a user account,  or just try to resave them.
