    Hi community!

    We're kicking off research that will help us understanding best practices around how learning and coaching is implemented in contact centers so that we can create tools to make these even better.

    We're looking to setup 30 minute calls with:
    - Coaches
    - Coach managers
    - Training managers
    - Trainers
    - Others who might look after setting up policies around coaching and training
