  • 1.  Passing Speech to text as variable in Data Actions

    We are looking for solutions wherein the call flow will take speech as input so that it can be used as input-variable for Data Action and we can do further data dips in CRMs.
    Please do let us know Is there any working use case which we can refer to.

    Hi Maloy

    At this time speech recognition can only be used at the menu level, not in a collect input task.  There is an idea/feature request out there to add speech recognition to the collect input block but it's still waiting more votes

    Not sure if you could find some way around it using a voice bot.  The other guys in the forum might be able to give you some "input" there.
