  • 1.  Exit from Reusable task

    Hi
    In our call flow we ue a reusable task to reset a variable in more than one call flows's points. How can I exit from the reusable task to return to call flow if it's called after a "Collect Input"? Can I use "previes menu" block?

    I don't think Workflow allows collect input to be used.  I have found very few uses for Workflow so far aside from running common data actions like processing something across flows.  Maybe some others can enlighten us on how they have found Workflow items used effectively.

    You can set the reusable task's final step to go to the previous menu.  But when it goes back to that calling menu it will start at the top again.  So you'll need to set something in the reusable task so that original flow knows it's already gone there, maybe some IsNotSetorEmpty check against what your Collect Input is using as it's output variable.
