    We are working on POC for one client and want to show transcription of Aws Lex and customer in Genesys Desktop agent.

    For this  we have stored the conversation in database and created the web application where to show the transcription and embed web application in Genesys cloud through Client Application . But we are facing some issue.

    We do not see a way to pass or an Genesys API available to dynamically pass suffix the web URL with a conversation Id (unique ID) so that we display a specific record from to webpage to the Genesys Client application. How we can pass the real time conversation id to embed iframe web application to show the correct conversation to desktop agent.

    Could you please help us to resolve this issue ?

    Would you have this URL by the time the Set Screen Pop is run in the IVR?  If so, use Append in an Update Data and pass the result into the Set Screen Pop variable.  Otherwise, use the variable in the script to accept the URL and then call that in the page load.
