Rescheduling has a 'Do not reschedule manually modified shifts' if you don't want manual changes to be negated during rescheduling.
Every other weekend would be something our work plan rotations feature would handle.

Jay do to limitations in the workplans we have a good amount of manual changes we have to make each schedule. Mostly around agents working every other weekend and each has unique days off. I think it would be a better option to save manual changes on a reschedule and let the system utilize those agents in workplans with no manual changes. If that makes sense. Thoughts?

You can only reschedule a schedule that is wholly or partially in the future plus a two hour 'cushion' to allow rescheduling to complete. E.g., I can reschedule next week or for the rest of this week, but I cannot reschedule last week (assuming one week scheduling periods in the examples).

Hi, in #WFM I'm trying to perform an automated #intraday #rescheduling operation to incorporate manual changes made to the short-term forecast associated with the schedule. However every time I click on the #Reschedule button I get a warning message saying "You cannot reschedule in the past." and nothing else happens. No wizard opens.
The changes made in the short-term forecast are in the future so I wonder what could be happening here.
