Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible via API (if yes what would it be) or otherwise, get the information of the name used in agent_alias, when creating a new used section, adding "Agent> Name". Today we were able to use the name assigned to the profile, but I would like to get the custom name information from this field.

Hi Karine,

The only API endpoint I found which returns the Agent_name is the following : /api/v2/profiles/users
It takes the user ID as an input, and returns an array where you can find the agent name value.

Note that this endpoint is tagged as Deprecated .. 
The other api endpoint they suggest to use instead doesn't return the agent_name ...
