    This is a great addition and especially the ability to search by so many different means.

    When can we add our own metrics to the scorecard?

    Hi Robert - Glad you found the new enhancements useful.

    We have a feature which will go BETA next year allowing customers to bring in any metrics external to genesys cloud and make it part of gamification. I suppose that will help here.     When you say ability to create your own metrics - could you give examples of the metrics?
