Hi,
I'm a very new PureCloud/Genesys Cloud admin, and I'm looking for advice on how I should set up sending a canned SMS.
It will be part of an Attendant.
"For hours and directions, press 1"
It would first present this information via audio, followed by "if you would like this info texted to you, press 1.
From here we would collect the ANI, and present it audibly to the caller.
"We will text the information to xxx-xxx-xxxx, if this is correct press 1., to enter a different number press 2."
If they pressed 1, we would then proceed to SMS the canned message to the captured ANI.
We have a callback option in place today so I think I can copy steps that capture the caller ID.
I'm not sure where to begin to look for how to create and send the canned SMS.
Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.
