    Our marketing department is asking for a toll free number so purchasers of a new product can call in and leave a comment on their purchase.

    As I see it:
    Callers call a number
    They hear a welcome message and transferred to a voice mail box
    They leave their message
    The voice mail is sent to a person as a wav file

    What would be the most efficient way of doing this?.

    Most efficient is a DID to the user and have the email for the user for notification with the wavefile.  Best practice is to have it route to an ACD voicemail and route to the next available agent to reply to.
