hope all is well I was wondering did anyone here configure a quick reply in genesys dialog chatbot if there , could anyone tell us how he did it because I saw the genesys cloud
resources and I found an article explain how to make it and it didn't work because I'm not able to find "automatic quick reply button " in dialog chat bot , I'm going to share
where did I Stuck . anyway I'm looking for your advice guys...
