  • 1.  Least Cost Routing (LCR)

    Is there the ability to route outbound calls to the best (least costly) based on the cost.  i.e. Time of Day, cost per minute to specific Area Codes, Country Codes.  The assumption would be the customer has numerous (more than 1) carriers either BYOC-C or BYOC-P.
