  • 1.  Call Error "Failed to answer call"

    This is the error my team receives once in a while if they are using the app. This is not all the time and usually can be fixed by restarting the app but happens frequently.
    Hello! Does anyone else have this problem when answering calls at times? I have a team of 13 and we all work from home. My team uses their phone to answer calls and a Bluetooth headset. This is not all the time and usually can be fixed by restarting the app but happens frequently. We are also integrated with Salesforce and never had these issues before that integrations. I also made sure my team has the latest updates for the app and they don't have multiple instances of the application open.

    You would need to look at the console logs when the error occurs and see what may be causing it, but it sounds like another application is taking over the microphone.  I would setup a sound profile for the headset they are using and have them not use other applications that might use the microphone at the same time with GC.
