    Good afternoon everyone!

    We are trying to figure out the new Wallboard Add-on but are unsure the best way to setup a new wallboard user. We'd like to create a generic wallboard user account but it requires an email address and we can't use an email address that is already tied to another user. Is there a way to bypass the email address or a work around that anyone has found?

    You can create a user with a fake email that is used just for login.  Create the user and don't send an invite.  Then set the password and log into Genesys Cloud with that email and password.
