Hey Purecloud community,
Is it possible to transfer from a call flow in one domain to a queue in another domain?
Like from call flow in .com domain if one want to transfer to .ie domain queue.
Reason for having this requirement is :
1. We need to do outbound call and for that we are using
outbound campaign ( this is in .com domain as we found .com outbound call reliability better than .ie by observation )
2. IVR will be played through
outbound flow to user once call received (.com domain)
3. user will have an option to talk to agent after transferring to a
queue (which is in .ie domain )
