  • 1.  Transfer Call Using Polycom key

    Hello,

    We asked if we can tranfer calls using  Polycom VVX411 "Tranfer" key please. Genesys support this type of Feature please ?

    Tranfer is working by Genesys Cloud Interface work but it's fail using Tranfer button.

    Is there some one,  has tested this option ? that's work well please ?

    Hi Salim, I tested this on some of our VVX models and was able to get it to work.

    One thing to keep in mind is that I believe that by default, the Polycom phones do a "consult" transfer instead of a "blind" transfer (so you need to press the transfer key, dial the number you are going to transfer to and then press the transfer key again to complete the transfer).  I believe that you can change the default type of transfer within the phone configuration.

    Looks like in the phone's web config, you can go to Preferences > Default Transfer Type and set it to "Blind".
