    Hi,
We are using the SIP softphone with Plantronics Blackwire C3220 Headset.
We are trying to Figure out which  Splitter we can use, so  supervisor can listen and Train the Agent on the call listening side by side on agents machine. (Not Planning to use the ICBM/IC)
Found the Jabra but cost $65+ dollars.

Is Anyone aware of any Splitter that can be used with Plantronics Blackwire C3220 Headset where there are 2 USB connectors.

Or Any suggestions or recomendation that you are using at your call center location?

    Thanks
    Anagha

I've had a fantastic experience calling Plantronics customer service.  They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.  They should be able to recommend solutions.  Their service team doesn't appear to have any sales goals so they focus on service only.

I wasn't successful finding a USB splitter to work. We ended up purchasing two sets of jabra low end headsets with this:

    Jabra 265-09 Link 265 USB/QD Training Cable

Don't forget to order the headsets with the QD connectors.

I have had this asked a couple of times now where supervisors want to sit next to a new agent and coach them.  They used to use a Y cable on the desk phone for this, but with USB, that is different.  I found this product called Voicemeeter at https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/ that allows you to define the Voicemeeter as the output device and then inside the application you can choose two outputs for the audio.  This could be two USB headsets or a USB and analog headset.  It is pretty easy to set up and worked well.  I am going to use it to show WebRTC while on demos by allow the sound to fork between my headset and computer speakers.  Best of all, it is donationware, so great price.

VM Ware and HDX are supposed to have WebRTC proxy to the local desktop that proxies the audio to the local port.
