    HI, I'm looking to remove the Agent Assistance option from the UI. I believe this is possible by removing Chat Permission but we are looking to keep Collaborate Chat and just remove Agent Assistance button.
    Has anyone found a way to do this?
    If this is not possible has anyone found a way to remove the messages that have been posted i.e. via the API , as I see no way to remove these messages either.
