Our WFM team noticed this morning that we are unable to save schedule changes for a number of our Management Units. This isn't impacting all units but the units that are impacted come up with the error below. We typically see this error when someone else is making a change in the same schedule but with so many units impacted we don't believe that to be the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
We actually had the same issue happen roughly 6 months ago and the solution given was to regenerate the affected schedules. I'm hoping we won't have to do that again as it takes a great amount of time to load activities back into schedules once regenerated. Any help/feedback is appreciated!
