    Hi Everyone,

    There's a new configuration setting for Audio Profile : 
    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-a-new-audio-profile/

    It works on the full interface, but does someone have any information about this audio profile configuration on the Plugin ? 
    It doesn't seems to work.

    As far as I know, Audio Profiles are not a feature of the Browser Extension clients (if that is what you mean by the Plugin).
