    while saving the below info, i am getting the getting error could not saved. Any1 knows anything on this.

    You should really redact keys and the likes in these screen shots.  Did you try the drop-down for Sandbox or Premium?

    Sandbox should be sufficient for just Genesys Cloud integration.  Did you finish the approval process on Twitter for the developer account?  There is not much in the setup aside from getting the correct information from Twitter for the messaging integration.  Make sure you have permissions to this, which would be Messaging->Integration->All.

    Hello Robert,

    yes, i have all the roles and permission for this. I thought about your 1st point on Account approval, while doing configuration its not given any error and account has been created and i have create 1 Project also, but i remember that while doing configuration its pop up with your request access will review and approved within 7 working days, something like this i have pop-up. 

    how do we check if account get activated or not.

    Use blow link to create an developer account, take below link help.

    Once u create the developer account and request for access, wait for more 1 or 2 days to approval from Twitter Team. Once its approve, do the below steps

     

    Keys and tokens tab

    Consumer API keys

    • API key
    • API secret key

    Access token & access token secret

    • Access token
    • Access token secret

    So waiting for approval was what kept the Platform from saving in Genesys Cloud?
    What did use for the Environment Name when you built the platform in Genesys Cloud?
    is the environment name something that was provided with the approval from Twitter?

    Hello Keith,

    It's nothing to do with environment. You can use SIT (free) platform for testing purpose. However, u can use also premium Version depending upon your requirement.
