  • 1.  Automatically open script page instead of contact

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if it's possible to automatically open the script page instead of the contact page when an agent accepts an interaction?

    We would like the agent to see the script straight away without the need of clicking the Script icon in the interaction.

    That should be released very shortly.  It is in beta and allows you to specify which tab will be shown by default.

    This feature will improve ACD Panel Manager behavior when handling interactions. Adding the ability to set a default Panel Manager tab selection per interaction type.
