  • 1.  Evening Timer Error

    Hello
    We hope that everyone is safe and healthy!

    Community with our agents working from home they have experienced a "Evening Timer" error when connecting from home through our VPN and trying to answer calls through the SalesForce Connector.

    Has anyone else ever experienced this error? What is the cause of the error and how do we correct?

    Ray,

    I can't even begin to think of what that error might be, and I can't really think of where it would even get raised from.  A screen shot might help, although I'd probably recommend getting in touch with the Care team to sort that out.

    Have you checked with your network administrator to see if VPN users are disconnected after a specified login time forcing them to log back in?  Our company has such a setting for InfoSec purposes.  That has been noticed more now that we have people working remotely for longer days.
