    Hi there, 

       I was going through Historical Adherence and came across this.
    Unknown status

    I looked at the User Detail Report and it showed this. 
    On Queue
    Is this a known issue where it states the agent status is unknown but on the Detail Report it shows that they were On Queue. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tristan,

    Some time has passed from your post and we don't know if you got an answer about this 'unknown status' in WFM. We've just found this yesterday and we don't know really what is the reason. 
    Have you got any information about this?
