    Where/How can I obtain the API / SDK / and documentation for API/SDK for the Interaction Client software? I can not seem to find much on the webstie about this. Thanks so much!

    The ClientCOM and ICELib APIs are documented in brief the IC Documentation Library under System APIs. In order to get the full documentation you need to license them. ClientCOM documentation can then be downloaded from the web site, and the ICELib documentation is installed from the IC product DVD (in 3.0) when you install the ICELib SDK.
