On this website (http://www3.inin.com/support/librarydocs/24/WebHelp/mergedProjects/wh_ia/ddeaction_configuration.htm) a zip file is mentioned and how it is to download: 1. Open http://www.inin.com in a web browser, and press the Support button on the left side of the home page. 2. Enter your user ID and password, and then press the Enter button. 3. Click on the "Support Area" hyperlink, below "Support Resources", and select your version of IC in the Documentation combo box. 4. Click on the "Additional Files" hyperlink in the "documentation by category" list on the right side of the screen. 5. Click on the hyperlink titled "Interaction Client DDE Examples". 6. When the File Dialog appears, click the Save button and select a destination folder to save the downloaded zip file in (CLNTDDE.ZIP). Use WinZip or an equivalent utility to decompress the contents of the zip file. But the inin website must have changed, so that I can't find the zip file. Can you help me?

It is linked from the 2.3/2.3.1 Documentation Library, under System APIs, Interaction Client DDE API. http://www3.inin.com/support/librarydocs/231/Documentation/WebHelp/cic/english/mergedProjects/api/client_dde_api.htm Be aware that the .NET Client does not support DDE in the same way the Win32 Client used to. You can still pop third-party applications, but you cannot put call control buttons and send commands back to Interaction center, so the CIS sample application will not work with the .NET Client.

Thank you, George, is there any chance to get a view on all pfd documentation files via ftp for cic 2.3, cic 2,4 and cic 3.0? That would be great!
