  • 1.  Web Client install error

    When we try to load an SU09 update for the web client software on our web server it returns an error that it cannot restart the "inin tracing" service. It suggests that the user does not have sufficient privileges. As we are using administrator rights and I cannot find the "ININ Tracing" service I wonder if anyone else has seen this error? Sometimes when we are loading an SU09 client update we get a similar error but we can just click ignore. The SU09 update for the web client does not offer ignore and only allows me to roll back.

    Thanks for this advice. This KB definitely addresses our issue down to the exact warning. The problem is that it didn't work.
