    We want to allow more than one client to query voice recordings but the recorder query function permits users to view agents from other departments and companies. Has anyone written a custom recorder query app that will allow us to search on CallID but only with in a permitted category?

    Hi, Jed. You can restrict users visibility over recordings categories in Recorder. Even when other users can "see" other departments agents and workgroups when setting up a recorder query, they shouldn't be able to access their recordings, unless they fall in a category for which they have permissions.

    thanks for your reply. The problem is that we do not want them to see any information relating to other agents including names. This is a situation where we have more than one client using the same platform. I was hoping that someone had written an app that did a simple query.
