    Hi, I'm trying to figure out which specific check mark(s) is responsible for allowing or preventing users from being able to export call recordings from Interaction Recorder Client or IC Business manager onto their desktop or emailing it to an address of their choice. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dmitry.

    Firstly, the user cannot be a Recorder Master Admin. In the user's configuration in IA, Admin Access tab-> Recorder Categories, wipe out anything 'currently selected' which should effectively remove the e-mail and export options. If you are on SU8+ there is a parameter to disable the feature all together which should be discussed with I3 support. Thanks! Eric
