We are running CIC 2.4. Is it possible to do automated reports from the Interaction Supervisor?

Hi twirtz, there is an add-on product called Scheduled Reports (https://my.inin.com/support/products/Integrations24-231/Pages/default.aspx ININ logon required) Or on the more public available website: http://www.inin.com/ProductSolutions/Pages/Enhanced-Software-Applications.aspx You can schedule all reports, save, email and export them to various formats.
