I read somewhere that when setting up shifts you have to have two to set a start and end
what i'm wanting to be able to do is have shifts as the working day (8-6) and as no calls are taken out of this time i want to be able to compare 'previous shift' as previous day.
I was thinking i could set shift to start 00:00 and end 23:59, but this would end up with a 1 minute shift (which i assume would lead to a previous shift not being the previous day)
any ideas if i can configure in this way?
