  • 1.  Record Call tool and ASR

    Hello guys, I have a CIC 3.0 with Loquendo ASR and TTS, and I'm using the "Record Call tool" in designer to record the voice of the caller in a IVR handler with ASR, but does not generate the audio file at the end of the call. Anyone have any information about it Thank you!!

    Where are you looking for the call recording? It should be stored in the directory specified in the Recording Path server parameter on the IC server.
