  • 1.  Are there status codes for breaks?

    Hello, i would like to place a few buttons on a script that would enable agents to change their statuses depending on the Status messages defined in the Interaction Administrator / System Configuration.... To give you a for instance, i would like to have a few buttons that would say: Big break, Short break, Supervisor Consult, etc... And each of those should have separate timers. Is it possible? thanks

    Yes this is possible - you just create new status messages in the IA
