    Hi, I was wondering if anyone could assist with my inquiry.... Where can I get the real-time information on a) current number of calls that are on hold in the queue and b) how long the current wait time is for the current interactions on hold in the queue. From the database tables, they appear to be all interval based and I am looking for a real-time solution.
