  • 1.  Behavior Type with CurrentTime Macro

    I created a Disposition Policy to write the Current Time to the call list. The time is in GMT instead of the current time on the Central Campaign Server. Any ideas to fix. I was thinking about opening a ticket with I3 because the time is correct / match the campaign server within Interaction Supervisor's Workflow View CCS Time. Thanks!

    This is intended. The reason being is because offset calculations are all done with CDT (GMT) time. I would not recommend changing this to your current CCS time unless you are looking to change this for reporting purposes. If you are, what reports are you looking to display the CurrentTime in CCS time?
