    All right so I scoured the forum for something, anything remotely related to the issue that I am having and have come up empty handed. Whenever we have a switchover event some users are not able to view their voicemails and faxes in Interaction Client. We are using FBMC and directing Interaction Message Store to use an UNC path on our file server. If anyone could help me or provide some sort of guidance on this problem I would be most appreciative.
