    One call is not able to disconnect this call is running for the last 3 days Is there any option to disconnect this call without restarting the CIC server?

    You can usually track down the call in supervisor- if you're running 3.0 right click on Longest Call to find out where the call is, then go to the appropriate queue. If you're running 4.0, click on the arrow on Longest call, click on Open properties, and you can kill it there.
