Hi All I have a request from Management to just report on the total calls on the CIC system. Does anyone know of a standard report that will show all incoming and outgoing calls on the CIC system. Most of the reports I am looking at are based on station, user or workgroup. We are on CIC 4.0 SU4 Thanks

Have you tried the Line Summary Report (Interaction Reporter) for just date filter you want and no other filters

Try Line Activity Summary by Line (Line Activity group in Historical Reports), it give per line and Grand Total numbers for Total Calls and Calls Out.
