Screen Recording for outbound style calls

    Hey all, Trying to work out the following conundrum. We currently record a % of calls across inbound and outbound channels, as well as screen recording a % of these. Whilst screen recordings are coming through for the inbound calls, it appears as if it is not screen recording any outbound calls being dialled through the dialler. Anyone got any idea as to why and whether there is an easy fix? Cheers
