We just upgraded from 4.0 SU3 to 2015 R2. The upgrade was pretty smooth, but our call center supervisors have had to adjust to the differences in scheduling and reporting. One of the main complaints I have received is the absence of the report Distribution Queue Performance (date by Queue by Interaction Type). Our two main call centers rely on it heavily for metrics. It used to be found in Historical Reporting. While most of the reports are now found in reporter, I haven't been able to find it. Does anyone know where this report is? Should I use the Historical Reports wizard to import or build it myself. Any help is appreciated.
