We pushed out Interaction Desktop 2016 R3 Patch 14 and what end users are seeing when they log in for the first time is a question "The Printer is already installed. You can not install a new driver with the same name! Do you want to delete it?"
Is there a way to suppress this message and automatically answer the question? Why didn't Interactive Intelligence think of this in upgrades. This is poor programming. It should either just do it for you or skip over that portion of the code. They need to made a decision. We can't have hundreds of phone calls into support tying up the phone lines asking "what should we do"? Sure we sent out an email to all staff but they will see this question before they even open Outlook to review their e-mails.
