    Hi, Is there anyway that we can have the webchat client timeout based on if a customer hasn't responded for a set amount of time? Thanks

It's not the same service, but once you configure timeout, it should affect all chats according to this documentation. It also affects internal chats if you use that feature. Thanks, Nicole
