    I don't think there's anything available external to Genesys. Our AppDev folks in PS created a utility that takes a DSEdit xml export of the Attendant info and turns it into a Visio diagram.

    I doubt it, but you can contact Support and ask about AppDevelopmentTools.

    Has anyone tried Attender (icattender.com)? It seemed to have issues with my visio and I'm wondering if it's worth persevering.

    Attender is great fro smaller IVR sizes. It doe snot work well for larger more complex IVR's
